Total responsibility for financial accounting including the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Responsibility for Group Accounting Leadership and further development of an international accounting team as well as professional management of external partners and local units Responsibility for the supervision of audits and compliance with national and international audit standards Support for international expansion through the construction of accounting structures and onboarding of new companies Selection and control of external financial service providers

Accounting Standards (HGB and IFRS) Secure handling of SAP (ideally SAP FICO) Outstanding leadership skills and experience in leadership and further development of teams Strong communication skills and sovereign handling of internal and external stakeholders Analytical way of thinking combined with pronounced problem-solving and decision-making competence High level of initiative, flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment German and English knowledge in word and writing
