Technical Project Manager for Photovoltaics and BESS (m/f/d)

Project execution: You take over the operational project responsibility from offerings to successful project completion Project control: You coordinate and control projects in the field of new construction (solar parks and BESS), revival, repowering and rebuilding of solar parks Take responsibility: You conduct negotiations with stakeholders and meet all operational decisions that ensure project success Communication: You are the central contact person for customers, suppliers and service providers and ensure smooth cooperation. In addition, you work closely with the professional planners and internal teams and agree with all participants Execution & Acceptance: You monitor and support the design and certification and ensure smooth customer acceptance Technical documentation: You can understand and validate technical documents (planning documents (SLDs), certification and approval documents) Time and budget management: You make sure that projects are completed on time and in the specified budget Organization: You keep all project processes in mind and ensure clear structures and transparent processes (management of project documents, reporting and their follow-up to your tasks) Security & Compliance: You ensure compliance with HSE requirements as well as all relevant occupational safety and environmental policies

You're burning for renewable energy projects (PV, BESS) and you love to actively shape things and take responsibility You have either a technical study (e.g. electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering) or a multi-year professional experience in implementing technical projects – ideally in the field of PV or BESS You have the “project manager gene”: organizational talent, enforcement ability and a solution-oriented way of thinking You have very good communication skills, both in German and English You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in challenging project situations Own initiative, team spirit and the courage to make decisions are among your strengths You bring travel and a class B driving licence
