Do you want to maintain customer-oriented applications not only but strategically anchor them in the company? Then at Schubert, override the technical responsibility for our customer-oriented applications and, together with your team, shape the further development of CRM, our customer portal 4YOUconnect and other digital services. In this role, you act as an internal consulting interface between departments, IT and external service providers.

Leading and developing the team for strategic, customer-friendly applications Control the further development of CRM, our Schubert customer portal 4YOUconnect and other digital customer applications Advising specialist areas in strategic placement and use of customer-oriented applications translate technical requirements into sustainable concepts and solutions proposals Tuning with internal interfaces as well as external service providers as required Accompanying projects, rollouts and optimization initiatives in the customer-oriented application environment Configuring standards, processes and governance for the responsible area

Complete studies in IT, in business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in application management, ideally in the environment of CRM, digital services or customer experience First leadership experience or the willingness to develop a team professionally and organizationally Strategic understanding of customer-oriented digital processes and their significance in the company Experience in cooperation with departments, IT teams and external partners Communication strength, consulting skills and a structured working method Very good German and good English skills
