A task that challenges.

The counter phase is an important sub-process within the network connection process. Core task of the expert:in counter assignment (m/w/d) is the support of the counter assignment from a process perspective.

In process management, you will take care of the continuous development of the process, process monitoring based on key figures and the control of the sub-process. You take on the role of experts in (group-wide) projects and working groups, as well as the representation of the Bayernwerk in group bodies and service providers. You can also help solve process problems and special cases using problem tickets. You define new requirements and processes for the further development of the meter ordering system, including testing and feature - decrease development and take care of the implementation and reworking of internal training. Your further tasks include the development of suitable measurement concepts as well as the support in the introduction of new IT systems in the context of the counter assignment.
