Where you start:

• Removal of scales, adhesions and residues on and in metal sleeves after forging
• Manual cleaning of the tubes with belt grinder and drilling machine (round brush)
• Moving and positioning the sleeves with the aid of a lifting device
• inspection of cleaned parts

Your skills:

• Hand tools
• Experience in metalworking desirable
• Moving (with lifting device) of the sleeves (approx. 25kg)
• readiness to the full-conti layer (4 layer system)
