You are a monthly average 6-digit advertising budget Development, implementation and scaling of Paid Ads on Meta and Google Continuous recording and performance analysis (e.g. via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tracking Dashboards) (m/w/d), graphic designers (m/w/d) and Funnel-Strategen Budget planning and forecasting and continued optimisation of ROAS Creation of performance reports with clear recommendations

You bring demonstrable results in performance marketing (please add references and cases). You have very good knowledge in Meta Ads and at least one other advertising network. You have experience with tracking and attributes (e.g. UTM parameters, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.). You bring understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion operations. You have an analytical way of thinking, high self-responsibility and work in a targeted manner. You are familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Asana, Notion, ClickUp Optional: You have already gained experience in the B2B / High Price / Coaching sector.
