You run the Customer Loyalty Marketing Team and continuously develop this. In addition, you are responsible for our customer retention system for specialist trading partners, WAREMA Prime, and are responsible for binding, activating and developing the partners. Together with your team, you will develop target group-specific B2B communication concepts along the customer journey and ensure a targeted response across all relevant channels. You are responsible for B2B media planning in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces. In addition, you develop appropriate marketing services for our specialist retailers and take care of their marketing. You control the relevant marketing and loyalty systems as well as cooperation with internal interfaces, agencies and service providers. Planning and managing budgets as well as ensuring under-year budget compliance are also part of your task.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, media communication or a comparable qualification, ideally focusing on marketing/communication. In addition, you are a marketing and communication expert (m/w/d) with several years of experience in B2B marketing. You have already gained leadership experience and have fun developing employees. Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge in Loyalty Marketing, CRM or in managing customer loyalty programs. In addition, you have extensive experience in working with and managing agencies. You like to design and it motivates you to develop and establish new standards in B2B communication. You have extensive project management experience and are able to develop necessary processes to ensure efficient workflows and success.
