• Manufacture and processing of surgical instruments
• Grinding and polishing of manufactured products
• Installation and testing of medical devices
• Conducting quality controls
• Cooperation with other departments to optimize production processes
• Documentation of steps

• Complete training as a surgical mechanic (gn) or comparable qualification
• Experience in metalworking and in machine handling
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Team skills and communication strength
