We are looking for an Event or Social Media Managerin for the project "Kampf dem K.O." (m/w/d) Parttime, limited The body is limited to the duration of the project funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Integration of Baden-Württemberg until 31.12.2025. The area is 50%. "Kampf den K.O." is an interdisciplinary project of the city of Um, the University of Ulm and the association Frauen e. V, which was launched in September 2023. The focus is on the statistical data collection for the dissemination of K.O. drops in the city area with the offer of free testing by the University of Ulm Institute of Law. The project is accompanied by a wide-ranging prevention and publicity campaign and the establishment of a help network. The team of opportunities and diversity of the city of Ulm is the main task of publishing the innovative project. The tasks include, among other things, the work of enlightenment among the risks of K.O. drops, support of the social media channels and the networking with the actors of night life, auxiliary offers and celebrations. Together with experts, strategies are developed to reduce the risk of K.O. drops being administered and the consequences for those affected.

Payment is made up to 10 TVöD.

Your tasks: • Maintenance of social media channels, especially monitoring and content creation for the project "Kampf dem K.O." • Integration of nightlife actors, development of cooperation formats • Exchange with experts with peergroups, organizers and police • Planning, organisation and implementation of actions and events • Development of an awareness concept and an intervention chain for Ulm • Perception of representation tasks in the project with presence dates • Creation of an action concept for cities and municipalities, bar and club operators • Public relations, homepage, press and radio work on the project • Event management for the project • Project documentation

Your profile: • Studying in Public Management, Social Work, Social Sciences, Culture, Education or Similar Degrees • Interest in social and youth issues • Knowledge and interest in nightlife in Ulm are beneficial • Fun and talent at organizing • safe handling of social media channels and experiences in monitoring and content creation • dedicated, independent, proactive work and flexibility • good written expressability • Experience in dealing with press, media and public relations • Safe handling of EDV applications
