Proactive identification and implementation of improvement measures to plants, lines and processes (e.g. format change, new articles, technical adjustments, setup optimizations, material flow) Implementation of efficiency and process analyses (performance, standstills, committee, cycle times) as well as derivation and implementation of measures to increase productivity “Hands‐on” optimizations to machines and plants, together with production and internal and external partners Support for technical changes in projects (new formats/articles): technical assessment Replaceability at Shopfloor Adjustment of settings / parameters Documentation of changes

Implementation of technical projects in the context of production, technology, infrastructure and automation – from concept phase to successful implementation Support & implementation of KVP, Lean and Opex activities (e.g. defining standards, developing best practices, systematically improving shopfloor processes) Interface between production and technology for structured problem solving and sustainable solution development Participation in investment projects, in particular in the concept and implementation phase from the perspective of the shopfloor Training and support of employees in new processes, changed processes or plant optimization Maintenance and updating of ERP/EAM master data (plant structures, maintenance plans, technical documents, parameters) Preparation of presentations & decision templates for factory management and internal bodies Audit support (IFS, HACCP, ISO 14001/50001) in the field of process and documentation quality

Complete technical studies or technical completion mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology, etc.) Multiannual experience in a production company, ideally in operation directly at the shopfloor and “Hands-on” mentality Very good technical understanding for production facilities, mechanics, process processes and optimization methods Fun at practical, operative work close to the line – coupled with structured analytical capability Knowledge of CVP methodology, Lean tools, TPM and Opex desirable Experience with ERP or EAM systems (MS NAV or the like) Secure handling of MS Office; ideally basic knowledge of CAD or similar tools Self-employed, solution-oriented working and ability to advance topics both technically and organizationally Enforcement, Communication Strength and Joy of Cross-Cooperation
