Your duties Market analysis and strategy development: You conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic approaches to business development Customer acquisition and relationship management: You build long-term customer relationships and maintain them, and you are actively involved in the acquisition of new business customers and partners. You promote horizontal networking with the distribution of other branches and within the HOCHTIEF Group and represent HOCHTIEF at conferences and special events Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations to ensure competitive contract conditions and sustainable business growth through Reporting and measurement of success: You create and present reports on business development and performance indicators to management Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of industrial engineering, civil engineering or have equivalent acquired expertise. You have several years of experience in the field of business development, ideally in construction or a similar industry Digital Skills: You work well and safely with the MS Office products and are familiar with CRM systems and market research tools Language skills: You have good knowledge of German and English that enable professional communication Personal Skills: You convince with an independent way of working, high commitment and great commitment.
