Trainee Purchasing (m/f/d)

As a trainee in shopping, you’re going through a comprehensive 24-month program to gain insights into various areas of our company. Shopping will be your priority area and you will expect the following: From the start, you are actively involved in day-to-day business as well as in challenging department and business projects You support the procurement of goods and services You participate in negotiations with suppliers and build good supplier relationships You conduct market analyses to identify potential new suppliers You support the development and implementation of product group strategies A varied and practical trainee program with the opportunity to get to know various departments and processes

You have already successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, economics or a comparable course of studies or are close to Ideally, you have already been able to deepen your interest in shopping processes in the form of internships You have a strong analytical capability, communication strength and a structured way of working and are an absolute team player You have a good negotiating skills, are conflictable and like to think strategically You bring a high self-motivation and readiness to learn You speak fluent German and English
