You independently advise on various legal issues from the university environment. The focus of your work as a speaker is on general legal matters. The area includes, in particular, contractual matters (examination, design, negotiation), but also other legal matters, in particular civil and/or administrative matters (e.g. revision of statutes); specialization is possible and is also desirable in perspective in view of the diversity of the questions. In your field of activity, you will also represent the university in court if necessary. In addition, you support the management of the business unit and its representation in the processing of complex legal issues or procedures.

You have completed your first and second legal state exams qualified (full lawyer*in). However, legal experts who have already successfully completed the written part of the Assessorexamen can also apply. Ideally, you have already gained first legal professional experience, also in the field of legal design. However, there are also explicitly welcome applications from start-ups who would like to work in new and/or deepened matters. You have a burdensome knowledge of public law, in particular administrative law, and/or civil law, and can inspire themselves to the practical solution of various legal issues. A rapid understanding, analytical thinking and a pronounced problem-solving competence are the main features. You are a communicative personality with pleasure in cooperative teamwork. You have organisational and planning skills and keep an eye on critical deadlines even at time pressure.
