Storyline

Responsible for up to 10 Food & Beverage Outlets with a total of 85 team members Creation of the R&B Business Plan, Department Strategy and Guidance, Annual Department Budget and all monthly and ongoing forecasts Responsible for employee satisfaction in the R&B sector, as well as the development of R&B executives Guarantee of quality at the highest level throughout the division

Identification of additional sales opportunities to optimize earnings in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing department Creating a CapexPlan in the Food & Beverage area taking into account the budget Compliance and optimisation of the organisational structures and process processes that contribute to increasing quality and efficiency, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Ensuring guest satisfaction in the R&B area in close cooperation with the front office and guest relation as well as the butlers Development of new strategies to increase guest satisfaction, increase sales and problem handling in the R&B departments Tracking trends, systems and practices Leading contract negotiations with partners in responsibility Achieving the predefined targets in guest and employee satisfaction Monitoring of inventory and analysis of this You report to the Hotel Director and the Hotel Manager and are part of the Executive Commitees
