You are responsible for opening and establishing our first MAERZ flagship store in 1a location You create an exceptional brand experience for our customers in the premium segment You are a brand ambassador who transports the MAERZ Muenchen brand to the end customer and his team Responsibility for optimal store appearance and visual merchandising You win regular customers and create a binding customer relationship Coordination and motivation of the small team Continuous exchange with allocation for the optimal area Administrative activities and order support

You have several years of professional experience in premium fashion retail Ability to identify with our brand line above-average motivation to act as a brand ambassador You act as a model with top seller qualities You are organized, working structured and independent Understanding the usual KPIs in retail and economic contexts You convince by your authentic and binding way With much passion and ambition you lead your team to the goal A well-maintained performance and professional know-how
