Preparation and organisation of the feasibility study including preparation of processes, lists and standard work instructions Recruitment, registration and supervision of students including data collection (stem data, pre-disorders) Coordination of cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners and appointment management Accompanying participants in the Survivorship Care program and determination of needs incl. Agency of supporting offers (e.g. psychooncology, social services) Collection, documentation and maintenance of study-relevant data, processing of queries (Queries) Communication, outcome preparation and final archiving of the study documentation

Completed training as a medical documentation assistantin or medical* specialist with further training as a Study Nurse Basic knowledge of dermatology oncology (especially melanoma, long-term and late sequences, aftercare) Safe handling of common Windows applications Ideal experience with ORBIS Hospital Information System Structured, careful and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in working with patients and interdisciplinary team Convinced on the whole line -

As of 1 June 2026 in parttime employment, the job is to be fixed at 20 hours per week for 2 years. Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the classification rules of the public service collective agreement (TV-L) and is possible in the case of personal conditions in the E8 remuneration group.
