Introduction of necessary countermeasures Integration of internal and external partners into projects and coordination of work content Conducting process visits Identification of potential for improvement and derivation of impulses to increase efficiency professional management of the employees assigned to the project

successfully completed technical or scientific studies, with additional professional qualification multiannual experience in managing projects in a complex technological production environment well-founded and practical knowledge of project management, e.g. LEAN experience or SixSigma Black Belt very good MS Office knowledge and preferably knowledge in the application of SAP structured way of working, analytical thinking and a quick understanding high level of communication, team, conflict and enforcement, as well as safe and sovereign occurrence high self-initiative, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action
