The teams are key to all internal and external employees of the department and take care of their essential concerns. The diverse services from different sub-disciplines are distributed to the service team, to the process service and to the hotline of the GQ 0500 department as well as to the technical interior service (end device support), to the experts for onboarding and offboarding, as well as to the inter-subsidiary IT procurement coordination. For our IT service team we are looking for a dedicated person with a strong service and joy in dealing with people. You are responsible for the application development of our collaboration tools (HCL-Notes and Atlassian).

In a special position of trust, you take over the following tasks: Self-planning, development and testing of applications and databases in our collaboration tools (Notes, Atlassian, if necessary further) Participation in the creation of technical requirements analyses of coarse relationships Consider and maintain IT security concepts including documentation for the developed products Implementation of problem analysis and development of solutions and their implementation and documentation Maintenance of existing products and testing and maintenance of the product lifecycle Active design and control of the transferred tasks with high service requirements with respect to the requirements of the customers Participation in internal and cross-member expert groups

A completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector, or a comparable qualification (for example as a specialist) in the IT sector, or a vocational training in IT (technical application development) with at least 3 years of practical work experience relevant to tasks At least 1 year of job-relevant professional experience in the development of HCL-Notes or Atlassian products (for example Notes, Leap) or Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira,...) Ideally you bring knowledge in Java Script and Java EE Basic knowledge in the field of basic IT protection and vulnerability and threat modeling are desirable. German language skills in word and writing An analytical, structured and independent working method with a pronounced servicement is desirable.
