You support our team in the planning, control and implementation of HR digitalization projects. You create and design responsive communication, information and training documents for different target groups. Together with the team, you develop digital HR processes, identify independently optimization potentials and actively participate in the digitization and automation of our HR processes. You support the technical support and further development of our HR IT systems and contribute to their continuous optimization. You analyze existing processes and introduce your own ideas to increase the user friendliness and efficiency of our HR IT systems.

You will study in a higher semester in the field of Business Administration or a comparable discipline, ideally with a staffing point and interest in IT systems. At best, you have already gained first experience in operational personnel work. You are passionate about digital innovations in the HR sector and are working quickly on various topics. You have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint). Communication strength as well as independent and proactive procedures round off your profile.
