34 people with mental disabilities and different support needs live in our accommodation in Julius-Polentz-Straße. In the renovated warehouse 26 people live in four living areas, in our new eighth house eight people with particularly high support needs. As a pedagogical director, you are an important technical interface between the residents, the employees of our living areas, relatives, legal supervisors and other partners. You accompany individual participation processes, advise on educational issues and help the teams develop good solutions even in complex situations. a completed study of social work, social education, medical education, rehabilitation education or a comparable university degree ideally experience in integration aid and accompanying people with mental or multiple disabilities Knowledge of individual participation and assistance planning and ideally in the SGB IX and the structures of integration aid Security in consultation, discussion and moderation of different interests a structured and binding working style and a good understanding of educational processes Team skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
