Leadership, coaching and further development of the accounting team and two team leaders Responsibility for building and developing efficient, scalable accounting structures including clear processes, standards and KPIs Ownership for modern SAP processes (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) Total accountability including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB & IFRS Integration of new societies and harmonisation of different systems and data landscapes Ensuring high quality and timely reporting in a capital market-oriented environment Proactive communication and close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) Drivers for automation, digitalization and efficiency

Reliable professional experience in accounting, ideally in complex corporate structures Detectional leadership experience - very good in communication Experience in the listed environment or comparable complexity of advantage High system affinity and strong understanding of modern ERP landscapes - SAP S/4HANA is an advantage Strength in handling multiple systems, heterogeneous data structures and process harmonisation Loadability and ability to act clearly, sovereignly and prioritized in fast-paced situations Entrepreneurial Mindset, Ownership, clear decision-making Very good knowledge of German and English
