User support: Supporting the areas of expertise in the use of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail, VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and Ariba Testing: Conducting functional tests for new processes and system adaptations and ensuring system quality and performance Digitization and Automation: Initiation and Support of Projects for Optimization and Automation of P2P Processes Interface: Communication and cooperation between departments and the Finance Solution Line to understand user requirements and to develop technical solutions Training: Training and workshops for users to promote the efficient use of systems Documentation: Creation and maintenance of user manuals, training documents and process documentation

Successfully completed economic studies, preferably with a focus on finance At least 3 years of professional experience in P2P, ideally in food retail Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail, VIM and Ariba Experience in performing tests and optimizing business processes Embossed communication skills and empathy in dealing with different disciplines Teamability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Self-employed and structured working methods and high problem solving capabilities Routinized handling of MS Office programs
