• Holistic support of customers in the field of sea freight and promotion of long-term, partnership customer relationships

• Processing of customer requests and creation of offers

• Control of order processing from order acceptance via document verification to completion of the consignment

• Integration and maintenance of customer data and creation of reports for analysis and optimization of our service

• Close cooperation with the operational departments, sales and carriers

• Complete training to/from the merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification

• First professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwarding or import environment

• Safe handling of MS Office programs

• Self-employed, team-oriented and service-oriented work style

• Safe appearance, pronounced communication skills and high service and customer orientation

• Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Expansion of the portfolio of our existing customers, development of new business and customer recovery
