Consultant Facility Management (m/f/d)

As a consultant in facility management, you are the central partner for our sales and are responsible for the quality of our branch sites through an active service provider control. You ensure efficient prioritization of faults as well as compliance with all operator requirements and thus guarantee a smooth technical operation on site. This means:

Professional control of existing service providers in the technical and infrastructural field (e.g. in the context of pest control etc.) Monitoring of disturbances in the real estate management system and escalation management Close cooperation with the regional refrigeration engineer and operational support of cold topics (e.g. data analysis, monitoring of incidents etc.) Link between internal departments and sales Performance of key figures analyses and presentations

Completed degree in facility management, BWL or a comparable degree programme Professional experience in facility management or project management Self-employed, committed and reliable operation High self-organisation and interface orientation Presentation capability and key figures affinity Very good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of Google Workspace beneficial
