Sales Unit Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Unit Manager, you will lead our sales team on site, develop your employees and, together with your team, ensure that our sales and profit targets are achieved. You connect strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality. You lead the sales team in Dresden and the associated locations and ensure efficient processes and the successful implementation of our sales processes You are a mentor for your sales staff, promoting their personal and professional development and helping them achieve their goals You conduct regular employee talks and give your employees orientation and feedback You set up the budget plan and continuously monitor the sales and profit targets of your responsibility You meet strategic decisions and support the development and implementation of sales strategies

You bring sales experience and have a real passion for sales You have a completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification as well as experience in leading medium-sized teams You have a high intrinsic motivation and want to continuously develop yourself and your team You work safely with MS Office and digital workflows You work structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic, are strong in communication and bring travel readiness
