During your 12-month trainee period, you are an integral part of the risk team, working in our daily business as well as on special projects, and performing various functions within the CRO. You gain practical experience and gain a comprehensive overview of the CRO, benefiting from professional training and personal mentoring. For example, if you are planning analyses to support decisions in risk management, e.g. by obtaining basics in the credit rating determination of borrowers, work on specific credit decision issues, identify further types of risk and their causes, you will be involved in the calculation of potential risks and the determination of risk readiness, formulate risk mitigation solutions and contribute to effective communication with managers, employees and regulators. We train you in up to three areas from Treasury Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Model Risk Management, Operational Risk Management and product-related risk functions of Private Bank CRO.

A study focusing on business, finance, economy, mathematics or engineering would be desirable.
