Your tasks:

• Management of a team with the areas of MRP as well as administration including packaging management and customer care
• Transport planning with delivery time window control (Just in Time) and monitoring of the complete transport chain
• Voting with customers and suppliers ( loading window, escalation)
• Escalation management and the solution of complex customer requirements
• Monitoring of revenues and costs and implementation, where appropriate. Price negotiations
• Processing of freight invitations

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification in the field of transport and logistics *Finded experience in a forwarding and you know yourself in partial and complete loads as well as collective goods traffic
• Ideally, you have already worked in the automotive sector and are familiar with the Just in Time delivery system
• You have gathered leadership experience and understand how to motivate your team
• German and good English skills
• Good communication skills, enforcing ability and a high level of service orientation and self-motivation
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
