As a Technical Lead/Product Owner, you can ensure that Dräger employees worldwide – from office to production, logistics and the service technician on site – can work reliably with the appropriate end device at any time so that technology can arise for life. In the field of client workplace of global IT, you actively shape the product strategy and adapt the life cycle management to the needs of your customers. Your future tasks: Technical responsibility: Provision of Dräger devices for all employees and special hardware for development, production, logistics and service technicians Client Management & Lifecycle (HW/OS), support of all platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS etc.) further development of the product in cooperation with customers, management and product team Support Product Backlog incl. moderation of User Story Workshops Monitor SLAs and product KPIs and their regular optimization Developing Sourcing Strategies (Make-or-Buy)

Management responsibility: Professional leadership of the 15-member product team: You give priority and technical direction and promote the professional development of the team. The disciplinary leadership is at the People Lead with which you are closely involved Planning, taxes and monitoring of the product budget (10 million €) Building external networks and partnerships Taxes on service providers

Complete study of (economic) informatics, an IT-close study course or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience with budget and international project responsibility Funded know-how in the IT operation of client hardware and relevant operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS, Android) as well as in agile methods (DevOps) Experience with modern leadership concepts (e.g. Agile Leadership, Transformational Leadership) and the joy of developing a team professionally English knowledge for cooperation in the international environment
