As a team management logistics, you take responsibility for a clearly defined operating area at our site in Göttingen. You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, control the daily logistics processes and, together with internal interfaces and external service providers, ensure a stable, efficient flow of goods. In doing so, you connect operational proximity to structured process control and have the opportunity to actively develop processes.

Overview of your tasks

Operational control & responsibility Ensuring smooth logistics operations according to production and customer requirements

Control of daily operations in the warehouse and coordination of the linked logistics service providers

Responsibility for stocks and booking quality in the warehouse management system (SAP)

Leadership & team development Professional and disciplinary leadership of your team in the operational logistics sector

Planning, control and further development of employees

Promoting motivation, ownership and safe work

Process improvement & projects Analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes based on key figures, complaints and deviations

Cooperation or subproject management in the introduction or further development of logistics and IT systems

Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as production, planning and quality

Security & Quality Implementation and monitoring of statutory occupational safety requirements

Participation in quality-relevant topics within the logistics area

Complete training or studies in the field of logistics, warehouse management or comparable

Insufficient professional experience in operational logistics, ideally in a team management or shift management function

Practical experience with SAP (e.g. MM / WM) and safe handling of MS Office

Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation with hands-on mentality

Joy of leadership, clear communication and continuous improvement
