As a production controller (m/w/d), you are a central business partner for local and European production management and support the control of our German production sites. With sound analyses, you create transparency about costs, results and operational key figures, making an important contribution to sustainable earnings improvements and sound management decisions. In close cooperation with the production managers, you identify optimization and digitization potentials, develop concrete measures and accompany their implementation. As an important interface between controlling and production, management advises on operational and strategic issues and actively contributes to the continuous development of the production controlling and the controlling instruments used. In this function, you will report to the team leader Operatives Controlling Deutschland in Berlin.

Your responsibility Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and plan-actual analyses and reporting of costs, results and operational key figures Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as in profit center & cost center accounting Analysis, preparation and commentation of the monthly work results in close cooperation with the production managers Implementation of deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness assessments and scenario analyses as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action Development, prioritisation and monitoring of measures to improve earnings and increase efficiency Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in production processes and in the areas of digitalization and automation As a strategic Sparring Partner for Production Management and Management in Operational and Strategic Issues Advice on budgeting, planning and investment decisions Creating sound business analyses and decision templates for top management Establishment and continuous development of a meaningful KPI and KPI system Support and further development of production costing Creation, analysis and optimization of Operational Working Capital (OWC)

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course with a focus on controlling or finance Multiannual professional experience in production and factory controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, especially in the modules CO, FI and MM SAP BW and HFM knowledge of advantage Routinized handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in creating and developing power-BI models and dashboards Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed analytical thinking and a very good understanding of figures Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation High communication and consulting skills as well as joy in cooperation with different disciplines Very good time management and the ability to set priorities even in parallel tasks Team-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on-mindset
