Your new activity As a team leader, you take responsibility for a dedicated team in credit management. Their focus is on motivating people, optimizing processes and driving changes actively. This means: Guided tour with enthusiasm: You develop your team professionally and personally and create an environment where cooperation is fun. Process design: You analyse existing processes and drive their optimization forward – with the aim of increasing efficiency and quality. Special responsibility: You shall ensure that credit applications are processed smoothly from contract creation to loan disbursement. Actively live change: you accompany changes and make sure your team understands them as a chance.

Also bring: Leadership competence: experience in managing a team or the willingness to actively shape this role. You think in solutions, drive changes and keep people in mind. Technical know-how: knowledge of credit processing is advantageous. Organizational talent: You keep an overview in complex situations and ensure efficient processes.
