As a payroll specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the timely and correct execution of the pay bill as well as for the associated administrative activities within a defined care area. Your main tasks include: Accounting: implementation of the monthly pay bill taking into account tariff, tax and social insurance regulations and the independent clarification of inconsistencies Monthly and annual accounts: creation of wage tax declarations, contributions and transmission of relevant data to financial authorities and health insurance institutions master data management: administration and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data in the ERP system Consultation: Contact person for executives and employees for questions relating to pay billing Staff Communications & Application Processing: Creation of Certificates, Processing of Grants and Communication with Social Security Institutions, Authorities and Employees Operating pensions & error processing: calculation and management of operating pensions as well as processing of fault logs and coordination with relevant bodies

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally multiannual professional experience in the independent implementation of the pay bill Knowledge of tax and social security law Experience in handling ERP systems and MS Office Self-employed, reliable and structured work Communication strength and team capacity
