To strengthen our team at the Sexau site, we are looking for an employee in the technical sales support (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) at the next time possible. The position is limited to two years as part of a parental leave.

Sales Support (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) - limited to 2 years (parent)

As an interface between customers, sales, production and project teams, you will accompany exciting customer projects from the request to the offer and actively contribute to successfully bringing technical solutions on the way. Analysis and evaluation of customer requests Control and coordination of the supply process Technical coordination with customers, sales and production Creation of calculations and offers Care and tracking of offers in the CRM system Management and participation in CASE sessions Contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for the Competence Center PIM Coordination of prototype requests Support for customer projects and lead management Working in interdisciplinary project teams

Complete technical training with corresponding further training (e.g. technicians (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)) or a completed study in the technical or economic engineering field Knowledge of technical ceramics is advantageous Impressed communication skills and the ability to convey technical facts to target groups Joy in customer contact and in cooperation with different disciplines Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Team spirit, initiative and a high level of sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing French skills are a plus Safe handling of CRM systems and common MS Office applications
