We are looking for a dedicated colleague (m/w/d) as a creditor accountant (m/w/d) in parttime (about 50%), as far as 01.07.2026, to strengthen our accounting team in Tübingen.

Self-supporting creditor accounting including coordination and care of creditor accounts Examination, confirmation and booking of input invoices as well as creation and processing of manual invoices and reminders Complete payment transactions (payment, manual payment transactions, control and booking of credit card invoices) Participation in monthly and annual accounts according to HGB clarification of accounting differences Correspondence with suppliers and contact persons for internal departments

Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of accounting/financial accounting, completed economic studies focusing on accounting/finance or cf. Multiannual professional experience in creditor accounting Secure handling of ERP systems (SAP and especially SAP Business One of Benefit) as well as MS Office (in Excel) German and good knowledge of English Good understanding of figures, fast understanding and independent, structured working Embossed team skills and communication strength
