Pedagogical Specialist / Craftsman for Woodworking/Metalworking & STEM Topics (m/f/d)

For July 2026, we plan to launch a country-funded project from the Regional Professional Alliance. Our goal is to inspire more children, young people and young adults for crafts and technology.

In our workshop and in our workshop rooms, exciting offers are created. In addition to wood and metal processing, the technology area (MINT) is also supported by experts. For example by: 3D printing & construction - programming, electronics & robotics - construction of e-vehicles.

Your profile

• Handicraft experience, ideally completed training in crafts
• Educational experience with children or adolescents, ideally completed training in this area
• You have at least two years of professional experience in addition to a completed training
• It is up to you to teach children and young people something and to inspire them
• You are flexible over the week as the offers will take place in the morning, in the afternoon or at weekends - rarely in the evening
• Your ideas for offers that inspire audiences are in demand

Your tasks

• You design workshops and other formats to implement the objectives of the project
• You organize the offers, from presentation to registrations
• You coordinate volunteers and honorary staff for the offers
• You carry out offers yourself or accompany them
• You support our communication, especially via social media
• For all tasks, you will be supported by the two main project leaders and by the volunteer team

We offer you a varied task in a non-profit association. Through working time flexibility, proportional mobile work, we help combine family and profession.

The job consists of 20 working hours and is project-related until 31.3.2028.

The content is approx. 2200 € gross, the annual holiday covers 26 days.

Job placement is subject to project approval by the Land of Lower Saxony.
