Engineer | Technician EI&C (x|f|m)

We are looking for an engineer | Techniker EMSR (x|w|m) at the location in Freiburg, Sartorius CellGenix GmbH. In this role, you ensure the precise and GMP-compliant detection of quality-relevant measurement data for monitoring and controlling biopharmaceutical processes. In addition, you are responsible for the selection, calibration and support of measurement systems during ongoing operation, as well as for support in validation and continuous process improvement.

The job is full-time and takes place at the Freiburg site, our competence center for the development and production of biotechnological cell culture components.

You take over the monitoring, maintenance and optimization of all quality-relevant measuring points, as well as other measurements on building operation and energy management

You carry out a first-level diagnosis in the event of malfunctions of the operating facilities and decide whether a short-term error correction in self-responsibility or with external assistance or It can be awarded

You interact with changes in the context of change control processes and specify new sensor technology within the framework of projects

You use your affinity to IT/OT as well as interfaces to operate and optimize our production and building automation systems

You maintain electrical and measurement documentation and work with audits, qualifications and validations according to GAMP 5

You carry out technical supervision and coordination of detailed planning and assembly by foreign companies

You assume responsibility as responsible Electric Power (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10:2009-01

You have a completed engineering degree or a technical degree in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or the like and have first professional experience, ideally in the GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry

You have sound knowledge of calibration, qualification and validation of technical equipment and equipment

You are sure to deal with common measurement technology, such as temperature, pressure, humidity and flow measurement, and have knowledge in handling test equipment management systems, such as CMMS, SAP-PM or TrackWise

You complete your profile with knowledge of virtualized systems (OT) and ISO 17025, CSV and GMP requirements

You have very good German language skills and good English skills

You are characterized by pronounced communication and team skills and can work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.

You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a proactive and independent way of working.
