Your first project will be the Mainbrücke Marktbreit.

You are responsible for controlling and controlling processes of contract management and corresponding reporting You are responsible for the preparation of structural deviations and the creation of the basics for post-subscription calculation in cooperation with the operational units You identify potential risks in contracts, develop risk mitigation strategies and make a positive contribution to the project outcome You work with the client and after-contractor during the talks and negotiations. You always agree with the construction management, the billing and the work costing as well as the construction workflow planning

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering / construction Including professional experience in contract management Experience in engineering is desirable Use of general computer applications, knowledge in RIB iTWO (Arriba) and in the common scheduling programs (Tilos, MS-Project, etc.) Good knowledge of building and procurement law (BGB, VOB, HOAI) Germany-wide readiness to travel Success-oriented and structured operation Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity
