For our work in the refugee accommodation Leipzig/Mockau, we are looking for support from June 2025 by employees in full or part-time (min. 32 hours/Where) who, with heart, enthusiasm and flexibility, support our residents of all their origins, age groups and in various family constellations.

Care of asylum seekers and asylum seekers on site in the daily processes in shiftwork (spring/spring/night) Support for social support professionals in their tasks Support for asylum seekers in the exercise and compliance of all appointments (authorities, doctors, etc.) and supervision and support of the AGH measures Organisation, implementation and documentation of daily operations in the facility (on and off, furnishings of rooms, dining room supervision etc.) Implementation of the anti-violence concept of the institution and enforcement of the rules of housekeeping and behaviour Avoiding or imposing conflicts between residents and implementing deescalating measures Maintenance of the personal recording system, occupancy management, organization and control of the equipment (room, dining room) Cooperation with internal departments within the facility Dölzig and, if necessary, the office in Leipzig-Mockau
