External Claims Adjuster Property Damage (m/f/d)

You regulate property damage in the areas of private, business, industry and agriculture – with a focus on buildings, content and loss of income. You will take care of damage on site, but also evaluate on the basis of documents and digital information and use the technical possibilities, e.g. video viewing. You accurately determine the cause of damage, the amount of damage and the amount of damage and the amount of damage and check the individual insurance cover as well as all liability questions. You are a lot on the go – your area is located in the southern Rhine/Main area (e.g. from Mainz to Heidelberg or in the Odenwald) or in the Fürstenfeldbruck / Munich region. In case of cumulative damage events, you can also flexibly pack outside your regional area of application.

You have a completed training as a businessman for insurance and finance, are an insurance specialist or civil engineer – and have gained well-founded experience in the damage regulation with a focus on property insurance and/or liability insurance. You know the legal foundations and the current case law on property insurance and bring technical, business and legal understanding to assess complex issues. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your technical assessments. You communicate clearly and responsively – both in writing and oral – and remain sovereign even in challenging conversation situations. You are an empathic organizational talent, are customer- and sales-oriented and understand yourself as a team player. You are open to digital work and you want to develop yourself professionally and methodically. You like to travel, flexible and have a class 3 driver's license.
