In the product strategy and analysis unit in the product development department, you actively shape the future of Allianz Life Insurance. We develop product/portfolio strategies, accompany product development/rollout projects, control central regulatory issues and provide our know-how internally and externally, for example through training. We are in continuous exchange with relevant stakeholders such as sales and finance, rating companies and numerous other functions and interfaces within and outside the Alliance.

Here you come into play: As part of your activity, you will participate in the development of product/portfolio strategies in the field of investment solutions and life insurance. This includes comprehensive market analyses, in particular in the field of alternative investments within and outside the insurance industry, as well as the provision of know-how for multipliers and interfaces. You recognize, analyze, evaluate and drive relevant topics with a focus on alternative systems. At the same time, you act as a professional contact and discussion partner within the scope of Allianz Leben's product portfolio. You are engaged in a variety of projects, working on strategic projects and driving related topics forward.

Analysis and assessment of markets, business segments, companies/providers and products Identification of new business areas, product solutions, customer segments and target groups as well as appropriate sales channels (focusing on alternative investment products, even outside the life insurance market) Development of the basic concept for market analyses in the field of alternative plants and the creation of sound market analyses for multipliers and interfaces Support and control of strategic growth initiatives Takeover of project management and manage coordination processes at project level Preparation and implementation of appointments with senior management and decision-makers Active cooperation in cross-functional teams

This is what you bring with Analyst Market Intelligence (m/w/d) Very good degree (M.Sc., MBA), CFA desirable Multiannual professional experience in a TOP business consultancy or in a relevant area of an insurance company, a capital management company or a financial institution Funded knowledge in at least one of the following areas: asset management, capital market/capital investment, investment research Experience in combining product ideas, market developments, customer needs, sales approaches, strategy and business development desirable Knowledge of project management, project management or leadership experience in agile / cross-functional teams Impressed analytical skills, methodological competence, high affinity for data analysis and rapid understanding Strategic thinking, creativity, high level of learning and performance as well as communication strength and team capacity, knowledge of German and English
