Ensuring lease management, among other things, by the timely collection of all business incidents (rental and rental contracts, receipts etc.) in the purchase. System taking into account the principles of proper accounting Ensuring the internal control system for the renting book Responsible for the clarification and purification of Open Items in the context of object accounting Examination of the invoices including Separation of warnings and submissions Cooperation with interface partners (particularly property accounting, landlord care, acquisition, sales, site management) Own-responsible implementation and implementation of measures to save and improve the cost and revenue structure Per active presentation of recommendations for action/optimizations in the design and treatment of rental contracts Responsible for the production of operating expenses in relation to the tenants of the DFMG

Completed economic studies, shopping. Training or comparable qualification with long-term professional experience Good knowledge of the financial accounting of real estate portfolios Good SAP knowledge, in particular the SAP modules RE/FX and FI Remarkable: Basic knowledge or first contact points with accounting Negotiations Hands-on mentality and ideally digitization and automation competence Flowing German and good English skills
