Commercial Clerk (m/w/d) Freight Forwarding

is a central freight forwarding and logistics company with several locations in the EU. With many years of experience and a wide range of services, our client offers tailor-made transport and logistics solutions to its customers. In order to strengthen the team at the Rietberg site, we are looking for you as a commercial specialist (m/w/d) forwarder at the next possible time. In your function, you are the interface between end customers, drivers, warehouse processing and contracting entities for the handling of goods around the shipping orders You take over the administration of all application-related documents You are also responsible for the processing of return papers and thus ensure compliance with service quality You are in close contact with customers and clients with regard to appointment coordination and act as a contact person for all logistical processes You are responsible for compliance with the quality requirements of the client

A successfully completed commercial training, alternatively you have a comparable qualification You have already gained professional experience in the field of expertise or general administration, ideally in the supply and logistics environment Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good computer skills are required You work independently, structured and have a good organizational talent
