Leadership & team development Discipline and professional management of a development group including further development of employees, promotion of young people and qualification management

Project and program management Management and/or professional management of complex development and technology projects as well as control of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring appointments, costs and quality

Strategic Technology & Area Development Focusing resources, processes and projects on corporate strategy and technology roadmaps

Development of development and project management processes

Acquise & Implementation of Development Orders Extraction and support of internal and external development contracts

Accompanying the projects from the supply phase to the series transfer

Network & Representative Dance Construction and maintenance of internal and external networks (customers, partners, research) as well as representation of the field and technology at specialist events

Compliance & production support Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements, with close cooperation with production and support in technological issues

Very good degree in a science degree with a focus on computer science or mathematics or comparable

Including professional experience in software development with C/C++, C#, .Net as software developer and software architect in complex projects in the industrial environment

Practical experience in database development (SQL) as well as knowledge of efficient algorithms and data structures with a strong focus on simulation, machine vision and machine learning

Knowledge of computer architecture for efficient parallelization and performance optimization

First Leadership Experience in Software Development

Knowledge and experience in using agile development methods and management approaches

Targeted, result- and problem-solving-oriented operation with high customer orientation

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
