Westfleisch is one of the leading meat marketers in Germany and Europe. The company slaughters, disassembles, processes and refines at ten locations in northwest Germany. About 30 percent of the products are exported to more than 40 countries worldwide. West meat employs around 7,100 people, the headquarters are located in the Westphalian Münster. To support our headquarters in Münster, we are looking for a Projektmanager Corporate Development (m/w/d)

Independent planning, control and implementation of workstreams or subprojects for the digital development of western meat Analysis and optimization of existing business models, processes and structures with focus on digital transformation Conception, organisation and moderation of workshops in close cooperation with internal specialist departments Development of integrated business plans and modeling of business cases with different scenarios Creating precise status reports and decision templates for the Executive Board

A very good degree in Business Administration or Economics Multiannual professional experience in strategy and management consulting or in-house consulting Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing way for different audiences Structured and targeted working methods with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills High level of motivation, self-initiative and enforcement
