For our SOS youth community we are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (35 hours/Where.) In our SOS youth community Verden you will accompany eight young people and young adults on their way to an independent life. Together with five colleagues, you will support school and professional integration, create reliable relationships and take care of services on seven days and willingness to call. A self-organized, flexible service plan and a mobile service telephone offer you good conditions. You structure the group daily in the youth community. You build sustainable relationships with female and male young people from 16 years old and accompany them in their diverse concerns. You contribute to the creation of individual educational and assistance plans and implement them into concrete educational activities. You support the young people in their integration into the environment of life and involve existing social-spatial resources. You work closely with the other offers of the facility and actively participate in internal and external networking. You implement the requirements for the protection of children and responsibilities in a conscientious and responsible manner.

You have a completed study of social work or a comparable educational degree or a completed training as an educator. You are a dedicated and team-capable personality. You bring professional experience in pedagogical work with young people and/or young adults, also in an intercultural context. You meet young people openly and have intercultural competence. You are characterized by loadability and a high degree of self-reflection. You work independently, responsibly and structured. You design closeness and distance to the supervised young people professionally and reflects.
