Psychosocial accompaniment and legal advice from over-indebted counsel seekers crisis intervention, e.g. maintenance of housing, workplace and current account Income and Budget Consulting Development and implementation of restructuring strategies including negotiations with creditors Implementation of the out-of-court attempt to reach agreement, support in the application and legal representation in the consumer insolvency proceedings Implementation of information events

You have completed studies in the field of social sciences, economics or law, the qualification for a post of grade A 10 in the departments of administration and finance / justice, or a completed training to the bank businessman (m/w/d) You ideally own additional training as a debtor and insolvency advisor (m/w/d) and know the software program CAWIN You have experience in social work and dealing with people in difficult situations of life You have good knowledge of insolvency law, SGB II and XII, ZPO and BGB, and are ready to continue your education in these areas.
