Whether local or remote transport – the goods of our customers are reliable and efficient to transport. As a specialist for land transport, you can always find an individual and timely solution for the concerns of our customers. Whether customer service, accounting, or project work, you are in the middle of us and move goods worldwide. About the job You take the daily disposition of delivery and pick-up tours taking into account shipment volumes, time windows, and vehicle capacities

You are always in direct contact with our used drivers

You are responsible for the operational consignment control, i.e. the prioritization of urgent shipments, the avisation, as well as the clarification of deviations (fine quantities, damages, non-supply) and the initiation of corrective measures.

You are the interface to customers, colleagues, drivers and camps. You are proactive in deviating and responsive to changes

You monitor compliance with quality standards in particular the timely delivery of the shipments and are shipped in handling hazardous goods shipments

You control ramp management for the vehicles used

About You You have a completed commercial training in logistics (e.g. merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services) or comparable qualification; Cross entry with relevant experience are possible

You could collect several years of experience in the piece goods suspension, especially in the area of regional transport

You are familiar with the route and tour optimization in the urban/regional environment

You own (basic) identifiers in the area ADR and charge fuse

You are safe to handle Microsoft 365

You have a strong communication and conflict capability, high stress resistance and make decisions quickly. Teamability and enforcement skills complete your profile.

You can English and German in word and writing; other languages of advantage.
