In addition to the backend systems of office automation with all related services, we also provide client solutions and the applications available thereon for use. This includes collaboration solutions as well as mobile devices. At the same time, we are responsible for resilient and highly available solutions for use by federal and state police. Head of the Office Services Unit of the DI department with the following main tasks: Perception of all relevant and personal management and management functions associated with the management of the unit, including the supervision of the service and specialist Planning, organisation, coordination and optimisation of tasks, work processes and personnel use, taking into account tariff-based employment Conceptual development of the unit under observation and evaluation of technological trends Providing the device strategy and planning to the “Client of the Future” and the applications, services and APPs provided thereon Responsibility for Office Services backend systems, including: Physical and virtual clients Systems, software and equipment ActiveDirectory and Terminal Server Environments Video technology and telecommunications Mobile and End User Computing

Strategic further development of the backend systems while observing the requirements of terminal management Support and professional consulting services in the selection of suitable external service providers or operational support according to the requirements of the operating concept For the following reasons, the readiness for flexible working time design is assumed: Business trips, group meetings and conferences or meetings with representatives of the departments and staff support at all 3 locations occasional: about 1 times a month for 1 – 3 days inland

Completed scientific university studies (university diploma, magistrate or master) in the field of computer science, business informatics, engineering sciences, administrative informatics, administrative sciences with IT focus or a comparable completed scientific university study from the MINT area with IT focus, and at least 2 years of practical experience (including staff responsibility) in the IT environment

On top You have good knowledge of IT service management and Windows environment. You know complex structures in office automation and client environment. Knowledge of the construction and operation of terminal server and AD environments, video and telecommunications technology and mobile device management are desirable. You are experienced in the leadership of heterogeneous teams and are service-oriented. You have good communicative and cognitive skills and are independent and flexible in the task.
