• Identification of possible disturbance scenarios as well as implementation and updating of business impact analyses
• regular review, updating and further development of management and restart strategies and the processing of emergency planning
• Own-responsible development or continuation of plans and concepts for emergency and crisis management
• Planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of exercise scenarios
• Self-employed organisation and implementation of information events and training in the district administration and the Cameral institutions
• Support of civil defence officers (alarm calendar officers)

• You have a successful conclusion:
• a university degree (min. Diploma (FH) / Bachelor) in the field of health, safety, safety management, safety technology, civil or civil protection, preferably with an additional qualification in the field of crisis and emergency management, and
• the qualification as fire safety officer, fire safety training or as a specialist for protection and safety or the willingness to acquire the qualification as fire safety officer
• knowledge of relevant BCM standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001)• good “Health Safety Environment” knowledge as well as experience with relevant BCM laws and regulations, ideally with multi-year professional practice
• strong team and communication skills as well as safe and sovereign occurrence
• high self-responsibility, organizational ability and analytical thinking
• independent, reliable and careful operation
• Ability to cross-departmental cooperation and to create concepts and process descriptions
• readiness for flexible working time design and external service
• Remarkable:
• Professional experience in civil or military defence and alarm planning
• volunteer engagement in civil and/or civil protection (e.g., volunteer fire brigade, THW or the like)
• knowledge and practical experience in fire protection planning and the creation of fire protection concepts
