Development and implementation of category and marketing strategy in line with corporate objectives and customer plans

Creation of the annual marketing plan for the DACH region

Definition of assortment, placement and promotion strategies together with sales

Responsibility for Go-to-Market activities, POS materials and custom promotions

Cooperation with central marketing and close coordination with Sales

Analysis of market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and support for innovation

Leadership and further development of 2 employees

Budget responsibility for marketing and category initiatives

Minimum degree as Bachelor in Business Administration

About 4-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing and/or trade marketing and/or category management

Ability to work based on numbers (internal & external) and to implement them in concrete scale plans and strategies

Good knowledge of Nielsen IQ/Discover

Knowledge of the German trade landscape

German and fluent English skills

Very good MS Office knowledge

First management experience

Ability to self-control and stress management

Strong project-related and organizational skills with an eye for detail

Adaptability, flexibility and reliability
